Having obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Toni decided to found Khater SRL which has been on the market for more than 30 years.
His extensive experience and his entrepreneurial spirit allow the company to achieve its strategic objectives by constantly trying to broaden its horizons in search of new markets.
He handles all communications with clients and suppliers with an eye to customer satisfaction, he is an experienced problem solver and a negotiation guru.

Having worked alongside Toni for more than 25 years, Roberto is an expert in the field. Born and raised in Carrara – the capital of marble and the company’s hometown – he knows the quarries and local materials like the back of his hand, which gives him an edge on his peers in the industry. From sourcing all the way to shipping, he follows-up attentively on the production process with an additional focus on quality control.

Graduated in accounting and having more than 30 years of work experience, Federica has been part of the company since 2017 as Finance and Accounting manager.
She manages the company’s accounting, monitors financial flows, generates periodic reports and maintains excellent relationships with banks and suppliers.

After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in Economic Policy and having acquired international experience in large companies, Jessica decided to join the family business. Given her young age, she brought a new entrepreneurial spirit to the company.
As a member of “Le Donne del Marmo” (Women in Marble), she manages the marketing of the company in addition to her administrative duties. She is fluent in four languages which allows her to effectively interact with customers from different parts of the world.
